18th C Malting Tiles Kiln Floor Perforated Clay X 7 British Brewing History

These set of 7 clay multiple perforated floor tiles are all that is left from an 18th century malthouse in Ashbourne Derbyshire, 23 church street to be exact. A large run of these once stood to allow heat to curculate whilst barley was dryed in the original malthouse. Great condition for there age. They measure 8 3/4 x 8 3/4 and 2.7cm thick. Weigh approx 2.4kg each. Part of british brewing history. Sent well wrapped via Parcelforce.
