Great espresso machine, selling due to upgrade. Condition is *Not Working* as the internal filter grid is blocked and I can't undo the screw that holds it in place. Unit switches on, heats up, pumps, pulls shots and generates steam all fine. It's just the shot flow that is too slow due to the blockage.
