This blossom honey is sweet, floral and delicately flavoured. It's made from nectar collected by our bees in and around the Rainham countryside in the county of Kent. There is an abundance of spring and summer forage for the bees. They forage mainly amongst the clover and bramble, plus the surrounding woodland provides flowering lime trees, sweet and horse chesnut and sycamore.
