Philips Actinic BL 15W Light bulbs, believed to be for use in insect repelling light fixtures. TL-D 15W, EPA no 95792-POL-1. Light bulbs are still sealed in their original packaging. They are believed to be new but cannot say for certain, hence new other. It certainly doesn't seem like they have been used. Cannot functionality test as I don't have a fitting for these.
