This rotary tool has been tested and is in fully working order. Condition is used - there are some light marks and scratches around the base unit, particularly around the controls, the handle of the rotary tool itself has some light wear, and the battery and charger both have a few marks and scratches around the casing, but there is no major cosmetic damage.
