This attaches via the 2 clips to many of the deluxe kayak seats . If you have 2 spare clips on your seat that you didnt know purpose this could be it .the tubes take the butts of the rods while paddling out to keep rods out of way . Old stock no warranty , honestly not sure if used or not , but saying used to avoid complaints. Very cheap
