See pictures for condition I am not sure how these are supposed to work but when I have completely on my head, I only hear out of the right side. But when I take right one off I can hear out of left side. That may be the way they were designed but wanted to communicate that. Maybe a cord is loose? The right side ALWAYS stays on.
