When the rollator is in motion the brake levers can be squeezed upwards to slow down the rollator. When the rollator is stationary the brake levers can be pushed down to apply the parking brakes. It’s simple to fold the rollator in half by pulling the seat upwards, and you don't need a lot of muscle power to do it!
