digix dmr radio doesn't come with the charger and doesn't come with any programming software or leads the radio does turn on can't confirm the frequencies as this came out of a storage unit so would need someone in the know-how signs of a bit of wear and tear and the area has a slight dink but radio still in reasonable good condition please be happy before purchasing the radio thank you
