Fabrics are washable, making maintenance easy. • Underlays & Fixings: Some underlays are torn as pictured,and a few fixings have been compromised, but the sofa is still functional. Mechanisms are working. • Reason for Sale: Space is limited, and we are unable to extend it as a bed. • Notes: Perfect for someone looking for a functional sofa bed at a bargain price.
