Not sure what this model is made of , it looks like wood but it may be plastic. I don’t have any details on the maker or the age of this item but it could be a promotional model going by the name on the side. The wheels all revolve as they should and the shafts lift and front wheels turn ok. Rear back side is fixed partially open. Approximate dimensions of the cart without the shafts:- L 180mm W 90mm H 85mm. Length overall 300mm. Please study the photo’s as they form the main description. It will be well packed for posting.
