You are looking at a unique, quality older Audio Technica AT802 model dynamic omni-directional microphone that was sold for just a few short years. 1978 - 1982 to be exact. The AT802 was set at low impedance (600 OHMS) with a warm, smooth tone and just the right amount of bass.
