Antique Victorian mixed metal brass book-form snuff / tobacco box case. Small antique brass / copper gilt exterior and interior mixed tin / pewter colour metal in the form of a book with hinged to front of the opening. possibly made by a Sailor - all plain polished no engraving. The front & back of the book is identical with hinged along the spine and centre hook clasp lock fastener. The clasp is in working order close airtight hook clip Condition: perfect in good working order; uncleaned / unpolished. Size: 5.5cm x 7.5cm wide and 1.8cm thickness high Weight: 90 grams unpacked.
