This is a PlayStation 4 with PT installed. The user with the name Thomas must be kept on the console as if it’s removed the license for the PT Demo is also removed making the demo unplayable. However all data such as game data, trophies, and other set up data have been reset. Creating a new user on the PS4 should also allow the PT Demo to be playable it’s just the “Thomas” user must be kept on the console. Thanks!
