Very nice pair of black suede chaps purchased at an estate of avid horse lovers. The brand is Congress leather. There is a white sticker label on inside of one of the legs that says it's number 47436 Millbrook, with the opposite side under the style number saying S231, 221 LG? The chaps are in very nice condition, showing minimum wear. There are some spots on the silver that need to be polished, and the small belt on the back has wear along the edges of the belt, nothing too serious. made in the United States.
