The hub and heating controller are unused. The thermostat has been used. The back story was that the original system I was shipped had a faulty thermostat. I complained and was sent a whole new box of components. So I used the new thermostat and the original hub and heat controller (which I had installed already). So now I have a box of new parts (never used) and a working (but used) thermostat. Sold as seen. Please be happy with buying decision before purchase.
