This is a very heavy and ornate Victorian Louis XV1 Rococo Style Peacock Sire Guard / Screen. Antique Ornate Brass Peacock Fire Guard / Screen Made in England. Circa 1900s. The central panel of the fire guard is fixed and the other eight pierced leaves fold out to each side to create the fan.
