In excellent condition. Adult display collection. Never played with. 100% complete with no substitutions of bricks or minifigures. No box or instructions. Sold as seen but please ask for more photos if required. Please forgive a little dust. Will be shipped in carefully wrapped and already built floors in the same large outer shipping parcel. Amy loose pieces will be placed in an organza gift bag. Really hoping this goes to a good home, as it’s a bit of a wrench to part with my modular town / city collection.
