This is a Dark, Rich Roast (4/5) with plenty of lingering flavour. The Coffee is grown on the old colonial estates, on the east end of Java Island in Indonesia. Its mild acidity, heavy bodied taste, and sweetness is still attained through a weathering process which takes between 2 and 7 years.
