Supplied is a mould which is used to form a ring of ice. Can be used on is own or in conjunction with a wine chiller for more rapid cooling. Cools a bottle of white wine from standard room temperature to ideal serving temperature (45-50°F, 8-10°C) in 20-30 minutes.
