First place your transfer design onto your item (sticky side down) make sure your iron settings are on cotton, no steam make sure you use a hard flat surface. Hold iron in place on half of the design for 15 seconds applying lots of even pressure then press the other half of the design for another 15 seconds insuring you get all areas of the design, let it cool slightly then slowly remove plastic off your iron on design while its still hot.
