Sprite classic micro scooter, Grey and Bronze.No Strap, refurbished. Unfortunately it cannot fold because the mechanism is a bit rusty. Joint mechanism refurbished in a local scooter store with a bolt as seen on the photos. The handle bars , however , do fold.
