Add a soft, cuddly, velvet texture to your card making, scrapbook and craft projects with flocking powder. Ideal for use with stamps, die-cut and punched shapes. To use, sprinkle the powder over double sided sticky sheets and tapes or glue (allow to dry to a tacky finish).
