6 Vintage Dip Pen Nibs, Liverpool Education Committee, For Writing and Drawing

These are shoulder dip pens. There are better uses for a potato. I'm guessing these are what school pupils learnt to write with in the forties and fifties. I can't date them, just guessing. You want the ink to adhere like paint to the nib; if it beads up like water on glass, then it needs degreasing.
