Vintage 8" Parallel jaw pliers with side cutter – USA – BERNARD
The tool was treated for its rust, the pliers were then brush on a wire wheel then finnished on a buffing wheel just to finnish them off. There is a makers mark on the pliers but it is very faint and hard to read.
