The Gauge takes the guesswork out of tightening by indicating the number of degrees that fastener is turned on a large easy to read scale. If a torque + angle specification is given as 50 NM + 70°, the fastener is first torqued to a threshold of 50 NM, then it is turned a further 70° using the angle gauge.
