Metal-Tec10 contains no PTFE, silicone, graphite, moly or other solid lubricants, so is suitable for use in VVTi engines and other engines utlilsing high pressure engine oil to actuate other engine functions. Make sure you clean the V V T Solenoid filters once a year. Metal-Tec10 is safe to use in engines with catalytic converters or DPFs.
