Kowa Prominar 16-D Anamorphic Adapter Projection Lens. The lens is in very good condition, the body is in excellent condition, the focus moves freely and the optics look near perfect, no signs that I can see of cleaning marks, haze or fungus, there may be very slight dust but very minimal if any.
