Most of the original parts are there. All three original figures are there. Bad things:- Crows nest is broken and is currently attached with a bit of blue tack. Needs a proper repair. One sail is missing. Remaining sails are fluffy, with and fraying in places. One shield is missing off the side of the ship. Needs a better clean. From smoke-free, pet-free home. Someone may be able to repair it, or maybe use the parts as replacements.
