You are looking at a classic 1970's era AKG model D 1000 E dynamic cardioid microphone made in Austria with outstanding sound characteristics and easily on par with any great dynamic microphone you could possibly think of from that era that I would actually compare the sound to be as good as a Shure SM-58 or Electro voice RE11 microphone.
