Some superficial marks around the body but nothing major, please see photos. Comes with third party battery, lens, strap, 8gb memory card and Lowepro carry bag. Does not come with charger or cables. Camera says memory card not formatted for video recording so may need to format it or use a different memory card if wanting to record video. Battery died while testing so will need charging before use. Chargers for these can be bought quite cheap and the price for this item reflects the need for you to buy one.
