New With Tags Size 0 This lovely maxi dress by Reformation is a deep blue cobalt color with a whimsical black polka dot pattern. The long dress has puffed sleeves. It has a hidden zipper back closure. The fabric is 100% viscose. *The dress was too small for the dress form so it is not zipped up all of the way.
