Fenix TK35 torch, plus UltraFire changer and 2 UltraFire rechargeable batteries. Bought for work around 2015, and all came as a full package. Missing the torches pouch which I seem to have lost. No longer needed due to retirement. All in full working order. Has 4 power settings for brightness, along with 2 additional settings. Also includes a spare rubber O ring. Thank you for looking.
