Very rare cadmium green eames side shell on equally unusual fixed castor base. The shell is a part of limited a one-off production by Herman Miller. The colour officially ceased production in 1971, however this chair was produced in the 80s! It came by way of a community centre, which had acquired the chairs from a local hospital. The chairs were in red, green and parchment. The chair has typical signs of wear. Please note that the seat height is fixed at roughly 45cm on this particular base.
