Bissell CleanView Carpet Cleaner Issue The machine powers on correctly, and both the brushes and vacuum functions are working. However, no water is being dispensed onto the carpet during operation. Additionally, the rubber seal on the clean water tank has some holes or damage near the neck area. Despite this, it does not appear to affect the machine’s overall operation. See pictures
