Apply no-wipe topcoat & cure for 39 seconds. 3. using an applicator brush buff in a small amount of chrome powder to the nail until you have a full coverage. Brush off any loose powder. 4. apply topcoat & cure. if you want extra strength to stop your chrome chipping we reccomend applying a layer of clear rubber base or clear builder gel over the chrome before top coating.
