Approximately 2 inches high by 1 5/8 inches across, and 1/2 inch thick. In the shape of a book, adorned on both sides with a cross and ornately textured. IHS is inscribed in the center of the cross - 'In Hoc Signum' is Latin for 'In this sign'. Vintage, for sure - antique, probably... maybe 1920s. Wear and tear as expected for it's age, may have been repaired in the past.
