Pullback Riser 4 1/2" Chrome for Harley Davidson We offer a pair of pullback risers in chrome. The risers are absolutely top-quality, high-gloss chrome-plated and for all Harley® models from 1974 - today with 3 1/2" riser spacing. The height of the risers is 4 1/2" and the pullback is 1", they are for Handlebars with 1" (25.4 mm) diameter. The original riser clamps can be reused, as can most accessory clamps.
