It's a "FLIEGERKARTE" (aeronautical map) produced at a scale of 1:500,000, and the orange overprinted layer of aeronautical information is dated 8th April 1939. The information has either been copied from a MILITARY EDITION sheet (produced only for the Army and RAF), or the RAF equivalent.
