Hi there, this laptop has wear on the trackpad (see image) but otherwise there's no chassis damage, all keyboard key lettering is fine, no cracks in chassis, no damaged ports etc. The 240GB SSD is brand new and I replaced the battery with a new 3rd party battery for the sale. comes with original charger and will be shipped in a decent rigid box with good internal bubble wrap.
