Stunning Swedish Rya rug by INGEGERD HYLTÉN-CAVALLIUS, design is ‘Safari’, circa 1950s/60s. Lovely deep greens and blues in this rug, it would work well as a wall hanging too as the design is so compelling. Imported from Sweden. Very good condition, tassels still intact and the backing is immaculate. Colours still very rich, hard wearing wool construction.
