Vintage torch head assembly. The handle and tip are both marked "Victor" and have model numbers as associated. The actual handle has no markings, but visually looks identical to other Victor torches. Has a very unique shape and a torch head attachment that I have not seen anywhere else. Unsure exactly what it is for.
