This solid oak wood flooring is unfinished. It is suitable for both commercial and residential use. The flooring is made from solid wood, specifically oak, and requires underlayment for installation above grade or on a wood subfloor. The rich brown colour adds a touch of warmth and elegance to any space. Enough to lay a space of 3.4metres square. 4 oak style radiator feet included however underlay and glue are not. Absolutely genuine stunning oak in pristine condition as was unused after completing a project.
