it starts but nothing displays on the screen. it was working fine but after lying some time unused I turned it on an observed that nothing displays on the screen- howewer it starts and you can hear the cooler. no idea what issue it is.... it charges properly. it has some cosmetic signs of use especially on the housing. Charger included. Condition visible in the photos. No returns.
