This folding loft ladder has been in my terrace house for 3 years and has had little use. Due to other building work I no longer need them. There are the fittings to attach it to a new loft opening which would need to be made by yourself, the original frame is not included as it's now part of my loft floor. The folding stairs are complete. The original hatch cover and catch are not included as these are still on my ceiling. Any questions please ask. It is 114.5" in length. 291 cm
