The laptop works in perfect condition, I upgraded the ram to 16gb, the only imperfections are on the outside there’s a little scratch on the back of the screen, as well as one dead pixel but you cannot notice it. As I cleaned the laptop on the inside regularly - every six months, there are a couple screws missing from the chassis, but it is secured properly. The laptop also comes with the charger.
