Thank you for your interest in this beautiful custom frame with a history of moderate use. This frame was custom built by Kent Eriksen for his wife, Katie Linquist. It features a Yeti ASR carbon rear triangle. The clearance between the lower eyelet and the Fox shock and the seat tube is just a hair. Kent Eriksen machined down the eyelet just enough to fit as shown. The shock holds air over time without a record of recent service. The dropouts, bottom bracket threads and head tube are in good shape.
