First apply the Decoupage Glue & Varnish to the surface with a soft flat brush. Place the paper in the wet glue and coat it again with the Decoupage Glue & Varnish, then let dry. Depending on the use of the surface, apply several times more. After each application, allow to dry for approximately 20 minutes.
