SONY E 35mm f1.8 OSS E MOUNT LENS - SEL35F18 - DIAPHRAGM FAULT - SPARES / REPAIR

This is the SEL35F18 version of the SONY 35mm f1.8 lens, NOT the SEL35F18F. AF and MF both work normally, and so does the OSS. With the aperture set to f/22, fully stopped down, if I start opening the diaphragm up nothing happens until about f/13.
