My mum bought this directly from Osmio. She never used it. I then inherited it. I have had it on my kitchen counter for over a year and a half. We have never got into the habit of using it. It has great reviews but to be honest if we don’t use now we never will. The cartridges definitely will not need changing for sometime. They are basically new. Instruction booklet included. Pick up only from either London or Manchester
